I started Dr. Carfagno's weight loss program over two years ago. In my
intial 3 months I had a lot of success losing weight due to my change in
diet and exercise routines. I had tried other plans like Atkins with
short term sucess but I always gained the weight back.

I think the thing that helped me most was when my wife joined the
program and we we're both following similar nutrional plans. It made it
easier when we were both working towards similar goals.

It's been 2 years and I am still following the plan and enjoying
continued success. Everyone at Dr. C's office is great.
