I believe our bodies have a health code when we are at rest and as well as when we are moving and exercising.
This why it’s so important when giving your body a tune up that you not only do a physical examination, labs and imaging at your yearly appointment, but that you also throw in movement that includes cardiopulmonary exercise testing. I recommend doing all of this to my patients and athletes.
There are certain biomarkers that need to be looked at to create a roadmap to understanding how someone’s body works and creating the healthiest path. This includes using data from tests like a DEXA Body Composition Scan, Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) and a variety of blood draws.
I can essentially take all the data from these tests and work closely with each one of my patients to create a customized plan to keep them in the game of life.
This is why I have created several packages that exemplify the holistic approach to the comprehensive evaluations.
One is the Sprint Executive Membership that not only looks at your executive physical but adds in various other measures that checks your heart health, metabolic testing, nutrition and exercise.
The second one is the Masters Athlete Membership. This where I provide tools to the aging athlete that still wants to stay at the top of their game. As we get older some things tend to slow down which is why evaluating things like testosterone, aerobic capacity and muscle mass are so important in setting up a successful care plan.
The third membership focuses on weight loss and weight gain – Metabolic Enhancement Program. I help patients learn the importance of eating right and exercising with my knowledge and using apps to track their progress.
The last one is the AllAccessPass Membership. This is where patients can have direct access to me by phone or email and tap directly into my network of specialists to help with certain medical conditions.
I have been treating patients for more than 30 years in a clinical setting or on a sports field. One thing everyone has in common is the importance of making sure they feel good and that their body is in the best shape possible. The time to invest in your health is right now!
It’s never too late to make small simple changes to get back on track. Staying healthy is attainable, but you need to make the first step. Call the office today.
